After a flat school trot your horse continuously around the field depending on how fit they are. (Lower level horses 15 minutes, training /prelim horses 20 minutes and intermediate/advanced horses 25-35 minutes) That way you get the training and fitness! Don’t forget to turn up the music to make the time go by quicker!
