Is your horse losing energy at the end of your xc course or just looking for some ways to keep up over the winter? Check out some of these “Shared Secrets” from some top professionals on equine fitness

Tip #1

After a flat school trot your horse continuously around the field depending on how fit they are. (Lower level horses 15 minutes, training /prelim horses 20 minutes and intermediate/advanced horses 25-35 minutes) That way you get the training and fitness! Don’t forget to turn up the music to make the time go by quicker!
